Erik Cartelle

Coach Cartelle is the founder of Miami Lax and current Head Coach at Gulliver Prep, and is also a Florida Crabs state coach for the 2026 team. He previously was the defensive coordinator at Gulliver and previously held the same position at Christopher Columbus High School were he had been the steady hand of the program since 2017, working under 4 different head coaches. He also was a Defensive Coordinator at Lawton Chiles in Tallahassee and played Varsity Lacrosse at Christopher Columbus High School, under ledgendary head coach Jim Delang and current college coach Thomas Klosowski.

Griff Caligiuri

Coach Griff is the offensive coordinator at Gulliver Prep and was the Varsity Defensive Coordinator and JV Head Coach at Ransom Everglades. He has an extensive resume and the players love playing for him. Caligiuri was drafted and played MLL for Boston Cannons. He played D1 lacrosse at High Point University where he was a 4 Years Millis Scholar-Athlete. He played varsity high school lacrosse at Lake Highland Prep under head coach Chris Spaulding, where he was a three time state champion and received U.S. Lacrosse All-American accolades in 2014.
